Fees & Insurance

Fees for Self-Pay: 90-minute intake assessments are $175, and standard 55-minute therapy sessions are $150.

Insurance: I am currently in network with most Aetna and BCBS plans, with the exception of some plans purchased on the Marketplace. Please refer to your plan for coverage details.

Out of Network Coverage: If I am out of network with your insurance carrier (and your insurance carrier provides out-of-network coverage), I can provide you with a Superbill (similar to a receipt) for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. I recommend calling your insurance provider to ask about out-of-network benefits for psychotherapy services.

Sliding Scale Sessions:  I offer a limited number of reduced-fee sessions. Please contact me about current availability of these spots, which are given based on need.

Cancellations:  If you need to cancel a session, please cancel via text or email at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. There is a $100 fee for no shows and late cancellations.
